Bootcamp

Outdoor circuit training as many benefits, from being out in the fresh air to exercising along with your friends and meeting new friends along the way.  Bootcamp is for all fitness levels, and everyone is welcome.

Online Training

If you lead a busy life, then this is for you.  An online program can be set up for you to do in your own time, with regular check-ins to see how the plan is working for you.

Zoom Classes

Connecting online with many others in the comfort of your own workout space.  Can’t make the live class?  All classes are recorded meaning you can catch up at a time that suits you. 

GET IT DONE

1 to 1

Personal training is a great way to achieve your personal goals and I will work with you to ensure that not only do you meet your goals, but that your form and technique are correct and to provide nutritional guidance should you need it.  Together we can achieve the results you desire.

1 to 2- Group

If 1:1 training is not for you then you can bring a buddy for that extra motivation or can offer group training up to a maximum of 4 to ensure attention to everyone’s technique.  Exercises, drills, and workouts can be set to suit each individual and you have the extra bonus of being motivated by those around you.
